Notes for All Rentals
These are the standard types of chairs and scooters we regularly have available for rental. Other types and sizes of chairs may be available;
please contact us for availability and pricing.
Payment for all rentals must be made in advance by credit card, and that credit card and a valid government issued form of identification must
be presented before rental commences.
To assure availability, reservations should be made at least 72 hours in advance of the rental if at all possible.
A day is defined as any part of a 24-hour period. If a rental extends beyond a 24-hour period then an additional day’s rental will be charged.
A week is defined as seven consecutive 24-hour periods. A month is defined as thirty consecutive days.
Free delivery and pickup by Jansen Medical Supply in the Houston metropolitan area (within 15 miles of our store location) is included on all rentals of $150 or more. For rentals of
less than $150, a charge will be incurred for delivery and pickup, the amount to be based on distance from Jansen Medical Supply’s location and day/time of the scheduled delivery or pickup.
Any damage to the wheelchair or scooter beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter.
Customer is responsible for accurately disclosing height and weight of intended user(s) of the wheelchair or scooter before rental to ensure proper product selection and fitting.
The wheelchair and scooter can only be used by the person(s) listed on the rental form, and may be taken outside of the Houston area only with
the express written permission of Jansen Medical Supply.
We reserve the right to refuse to rent a wheelchair or scooter to any person.
