Powerweb 14in Ultimate Hand Exerciser

Recommended and used by therapists worldwide, Power Web is a simple, versatile and effective resistance exerciser for finger, hand, wrist, forearm and ankle rehabilitation. Power Web is a valuable aid to enjoying daily activities such as golf, gardening, sewing, tennis and many others. It returns circulation to muscles and decreases irritation of nerves and muscles of an overused or arthritic joint as well as providing a means for gentle stretching. When used daily, it will increase the range of motion (ROM) in fingers, improve grip strength, and increase dexterity and control of the hand. Power Web helps reduce the risk of over-use injuries by providing a complete muscular work out for the entire hand and forearm in just a few minutes a day. Use it while riding a stationary bike or watching the evening news and feel the results.

This natural rubber mesh exercise ring is 14" in diameter and weighs less than 1 lb. An instruction sheet is included with each Power Web. Simply grasp the ring and/or rubber webbing and perform a variety of finger movements with varied hand, wrist, and arm positions. There are 4 resistance levels to choose from and the Power Web comes in a combo version as well.

Yellow Power Web (Light)
For early rehabilitiation and exercises which require a lower resistance to achieve full range of motion.

Red Power Web (Medium)
For intermediate rehabilitation and athletic strengthening.

Green Power Web (Heavy)
For advanced rehabilitation and athletic strengthening. Offers a moderate range of motion but greater resistance for strengthening.

Blue Power Web (X-Heavy) The most resistance for advanced strengthening. Inappropriate for beginners or someone with weak muscle groups.
